Tailored for Movement: Garrison Rainwear

Casual Tailoring: The Garrison Coppola Field Jacket
Not just for Summer, The Garrison Tonal Seersucker Suit.

When it comes to choosing the right piece for the upcoming transitional weather, it pays to find the right the balance of style, utility and comfort.  As the weather begins to change (and becomes unpredictable), you’ll want a piece that offers protection with water resistance, yet is lightweight and tailored for comfort and style.

Our new Fall Rainwear series is here.  Leading off is our Storm Coat in a new range of colours.  The stand out colour of the season is our Ceramica Tan.  A nod to the classic raincoat style and shade, reimagined with all the features of our popular Storm Coat body.

A curation of our new rainwear and Storm Coat styles are now in store.  If you’d like to come in to try one on

Tailored for Movement & Utility

Classically tailored in a medium weight cloth made from our soft Ceramica fabric that’s weatherproof, thanks to an innovative weaving process.  Made with a raglan shoulder which gives the piece a relaxed fit for easy layering and movement.  Gold findings, storm flap and double-breasted horn-effect buttons, and leather wrapped closures finish it off.

Versatility of an Iconic Piece

The trench coat is a classic – perhaps nothing speaks to this more than the fact that it has remained relatively unchanged since it was first designed over a century ago.  With some slight tweaks over the years, its earned street-classic status, thanks to a combination of practicality and polish.  The many ways to wear a trench is in and of itself a tribute to its timelessness.  A few of my favourites below.

Classic, tied back belt for an NYC cool
Max Utility: a military type feel, oversized and double breasted.
Slim Casual: Single breasted worn closer to the body in a pop of colour
